IT Officer Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Perform Windows server infrastructure management and system deployment;
- Perform daily check and maintenance on company network and IT related devices (Including Firewall);
- Perform routine data backup and storage management;
- Provide troubleshooting support to company users’ IT equipment and software solution;
- Provide remote technical and troubleshooting support to overseas offices (London, Taipei & Kyoto);
- Manage IT procurement budgeting and IT expenses payment logistics;
- Coordinate with supplier / vendors on sourcing of hardware and software needs;
- Manage system disaster recovery planning, contingency planning and related policies.
Qualification and requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent IT related disciplines;
- With at least 5 years of IT helpdesk and network management experiences, preferable with interior design firm;
- Must be familiar with Mac OS and iOS devices and environment;
- Good knowledge of general IT hardware, Windows network management, and Microsoft Office;
- Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Associate / Expert is a plus;
- Familiar with the operation of Adobe Creative Cloud, BIM, AutoCAD is a plus;
- With team spirit, communication & analytical skills;
- Enjoy learning and exploring new technology;
- English ability is a plus.

Senior Interior Designer / Interior Designer Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Independently handle hospitality / residential projects from design concept to site coordination during construction period
- Develop conceptual ideas for narrative & mood board
- Initiate design concept, layouts and material selection
- Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design
- Manage full set presentation, tender documentations, FF&E schedules and specifications
- Maintain and update the database for vendors and material samples information
- Develop operational plans for team members, managing execution and measuring results
- Coordinate with internal design support members, professional consultants and project management teams
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design, architecture or related disciplines
- Experienced in Hospitality, Residential, Restaurant and Show Flat Design, preferable exposed to top-tier luxury projects
- Solid experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion
- Strong passion for design, creative, enthusiastic with strong sense for continuously improvement and exploring new ideas
- Great presentation with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications
- Able to handle multi tasks under pressure and dynamic environment, ability to meet tight schedules with confidence and willing to work overtime when necessary
- Strong technical background and well experienced in generating / reviewing design and construction drawings / specifications / documentations / shop drawings

Product Designer (Furniture) Kyoto
Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce design for a range of interior products with creative sense and keen eye for detail thinking
- Create concepts and design that balance innovative design, functional requirements, and aesthetic appeal
- Coordinate with our in-house interior design teams and local / overseas vendors, to bring the design to fulfilment
- Drive the production of documentation of interior architectural design and construction of furniture products for hospitality, restaurant, residential, and commercial interiors projects
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder from Art / Design School
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in architecture and interior design field, exposure on hospitality projects would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
Prepare and complete all CAD drawing for project presentation purpose and tendering purposes inclusive of different kinds of project, such as hospitality, restaurant, residential and commercial interiors project
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in large-scale and high-end interior design projects, preferable in hospitality projects
- Experience in producing and setting up of tender is a must

Responsibilities:
- Content creator, editor and manager for digital/social media of the company
