工作職責:

• 獨立處理並完成頂尖酒店 / 住宅項目, 包括構思和建立最初的概念設計, 至工程期間往現場監督及有關之協調溝通等工作
• 開展設計理念、佈局、及挑選物料
• 能出色向客戶簡報展示設計概念圖、透視圖及其他展示設計工具
• 有效管理全套簡報展示及投標文件
• 為團隊建立工作規程, 管理執行, 以及監管進程
• 能與各部門同事及專業顧問高效溝通協調
• 監督及領導初級設計師之日常工作、發展團隊的潛力及加強團隊的凝聚力

• 持有在室內設計、 建築或其他相關學科的大專或以上學歷
• 擁有頂尖酒店、 豪華住宅、 高級餐廳和示範單位有關之設計經驗
• 自設計至工程完結的過程中能與客戶進行有效溝通
• 熱心設計、有創意、具不斷改進和探索創新構思的精神
• 出色的簡報展示技巧、良好的溝通和人際交往能力
• 能夠處理整套的設計圖紙和規格
• 能在壓力和急速的環境下工作，有需要時願意加班
• 在製圖、審查設計、施工圖紙、規格、文件、店圖紙等方面都有強而有力的技術根底
• 熟悉 AutoCAD，Photoshop、SketchUp、Keynote和其他常用軟件，有操作Mac系統經驗者優先考慮
• 能操流利的英語和中文, 包括交談及讀寫能力
• 願意不定期出差
• 能立即上班者優先考慮

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce design for a range of interior products with creative sense and keen eye for detail thinking
• Create concepts and design that balance innovative design, functional requirements, and aesthetic appeal
• Coordinate with our in-house interior design teams and local / overseas vendors, to bring the design to fulfilment
• Drive the production of documentation of interior architectural design and construction of furniture products for hospitality, restaurant, residential, and commercial interiors projects

• Degree / Diploma holder from Art / Design School
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in architecture and interior design field, exposure on hospitality projects would be an advantage
• Proficient in graphic software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote
• Familiar with MAC environment, knowledge of Creative Cloud apps will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, pro-active, and responsible
• Work independently and equally as part of a team
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Good command in English or Chinese
