  • 独立处理并完成顶尖酒店 / 住宅项目, 包括构思和建立最初的概念设计, 至工程期间往现场监督及有关之协调沟通等工作

  • 能出色向客户简报展示设计概念图、透视图及其他展示设计工具
  • 有效管理全套简报展示及投标文件
  • 为团队建立工作规程, 管理执行, 以及监管进程

要求:

  • 持有在室内设计、 建筑或其他相关学科的大专或以上学历
  • 拥有顶尖酒店、 豪华住宅、 高级餐厅和示范单位有关之设计经验
  • 自设计至工程完结的过程中能与客户进行有效沟通
  • 热心设计、有创意、具不断改进和探索创新构思的精神
  • 出色的简报展示技巧、良好的沟通和人际交往能力
  • 能够处理整套的设计图纸和规格
  • 能在压力和急速的环境下工作，有需要时愿意加班
  • 在制图、审查设计、施工图纸、规格、文件、店图纸等方面都有强而有力的技术根底

Product Designer (Furniture) 东京

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce design for a range of interior products with creative sense and keen eye for detail thinking
  • Create concepts and design that balance innovative design, functional requirements, and aesthetic appeal
  • Coordinate with our in-house interior design teams and local / overseas vendors, to bring the design to fulfilment
  • Drive the production of documentation of interior architectural design and construction of furniture products for hospitality, restaurant, residential, and commercial interiors projects

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder from Art / Design School
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in architecture and interior design field, exposure on hospitality projects would be an advantage
  • Proficient in graphic software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote
  • Familiar with MAC environment, knowledge of Creative Cloud apps will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, and responsible
  • Work independently and equally as part of a team
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Good command in English or Chinese

Senior Graphic Artist 东京

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce design with creative sense and keen eye for detail thinking
  • Grasp concepts and can work methodically to deadline
  • Coordinate with our in-house interior design teams and local / overseas vendors, to bring the design to fulfillment
  • Support and handle graphic design for all corporate identity related design (website, company profile, etc.) as well as marketing collaterals (leaflet, catalogue, fact sheets, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder from Art / Design School
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in architecture and interior design field, exposure on hospitality projects would be an advantage
  • Proficient in graphic software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote

Digital Media Manager 台北

Responsibilities:

  • Content creator, editor and manager for digital/social media of the company 
  • Curate creative and relevant contents that reflect the company’s brand identity and soul
  • Develop and execute campaigns to refine messaging and drive perception lift 
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends, identify and leverage growth tactics and strategy

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing in social media and content creation
  • Demonstrated success in scalable online programs and campaigns, from planning to execution and reporting.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools
  • A team player who is also self-motivated and able to work independently 
  • Strong graphic sense
